Valentina Ghersi, Real Estate Advisor. Valentina was born in Venezuela and has lived in Miami for over 20 years. Upon graduating, she began her career in commercial real estate working with some of the biggest mall developers including Simon Properties, Turnberry, Taubman, and Westfield among others. She focused on helping fashion retailers and restaurateurs expand across the country. In 2010, Valentina moved to NYC where she studied marketing at the NYC Stern School of Business while continuing her real estate career. After returning to Miami, Valentina focused on raising her children and found her passion for residential real estate. She helps her clients find the perfect home all while managing 14 residential properties and a shopping center. In her free time, you can find her playing tennis, relaxing with her 3 kids and husband and enjoying all Miami has to offer.
