In addition to being an accomplished real estate professional in her own right, Lissette Fernandez oversees the vital aspects of the Sales Department for The Nicolas Group. She coordinates dozens of behind-the-scenes tasks and functions, working with Miami’s top luxury real estate advisors to achieve the best possible results for their sales and representation efforts. From training to ongoing education, marketing, tools and technology implementation, event coordination, transaction support, and more, Lissette is the critical link between sales and superior service. Backing up Lissette’s multifaceted field of knowledge is a broad range of real estate expertise. She has spent over a decade working as a Realtor Associate, Broker Associate, Director of Operations and Director of Sales with the city’s leading real estate firms and Brokers. Most recently she was the Director of Sales for the Brokerage that was home to the No. 1 ranked Broker in Miami-Dade County in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 as ranked by the Real Trends published by the Wall Street Journal. As a Manager and Director, she has helped close over four billion in sales. As a Broker in particular, she has in-depth experience with leading other agents towards common goals and overseeing large teams of real estate professionals so that they may optimize their efforts and exceed expectations. Also, her years as a Broker Associate have honed her skills in contract negotiation, transaction details, and networking. As Director of Sales, Lissette shares her tremendous know-how with team members, making her an indispensable resource for the entire firm. Lissette’s considerable talent for keeping such a large operation running in an orderly fashion was developed over many years working with her family’s own real estate business, where she spent countless hours working side by side with her mother as she represented discerning clients in the Miami area. She also has a background as a professional organizer and founded her own organizing business in 2005. Her real estate clients have included such high-profile personalities such as the owner of a Mexican Soccer Team, as well as its head coach, and their agent. In the future, she plans to expand her international reach further. Originally from Miami, Lissette attended Gulliver Preparatory High School, where she graduated with Honors. She holds an Associate’s Degree from Lynn University, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Additionally, she is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, where she also served as Director in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and of the Miami Association of Realtors. Lissette recently became a mom to twins Lexi Nicole & Luca Humberto and spends as much free time with them as possible. Lissette is fluent in both English and Spanish.
