Before joining SERHANT., Albert served as Sales Manager of the Dora Puig Team, contributing to nearly $2B in record-breaking sales and leases alongside Miami-Dade County’s #1 residential broker as ranked by the Wall Street Journal. He has also partnered with developers on acquisitions, pre-construction sales, and project strategy—experience that strengthens his ability to evaluate value, position properties effectively, and negotiate with both end-users and seasoned investors. His background in development, finance, government, and the luxury automotive and yachting industries sharpens his negotiation skills and allows him to serve high-net-worth and international clients—with an especially strong presence across Europe, Latin America, and the Northeast.

 

Albert earned his Master’s in International Real Estate with a concentration in real estate finance and development, and holds dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and conversational German—and educated in Singapore, South Africa, and Europe—he brings a global network, cross-cultural understanding, and strong access to pre-market and off-market opportunities.
