About Mia Guevara

Miaisabella Guevara, known simply as Mia, is a Miami native, born and raised, with a true understanding of the city’s fast paced and ever evolving real estate market. A proud graduate of Miami Palmetto High School, she brings both local insight and a strong work ethic shaped by years of hands on experience in administrative roles.

Mia has always been the kind of person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Her background in administrative support sharpened her organization, communication, and attention to detail, skills that naturally led her into the real estate world where they have become invaluable.

Today, Mia serves as an Executive Sales Assistant to The Nicolas Group. After several years immersed in the industry, she earned her real estate license in 2025, a milestone that reflects her determination and resilience after overcoming setbacks along the way.
