Jacibe Areces brings a powerful blend of business strategy, marketing expertise, and a refined eye for luxury and design to every transaction. Backed by 15 years as a marketing executive for Burger King and the award-winning international agency Nobox — whose clients include Netflix and Pepsi — she offers a sharp, creative edge that sets her listings apart.
Her passion for investing and remodeling homes evolved into a full-time real estate career rooted in market insight and client advocacy. Jacibe holds an MBA from Florida International University and is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
She specializes in South Florida's premier neighborhoods — Coconut Grove, South Miami, Kendall, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay. Fluent in English and Spanish, Jacibe is known for her elevated aesthetic, meticulous attention to detail, and high-touch, results-driven approach.
