About Carlo Falla

From my beginnings in Philadelphia to having lived in Central and South America, and now settled back in Miami, FL, my journey has been shaped by diverse cultures and experiences. Raised in a family with deep ties to the construction industry, I gained invaluable experience managing a family-owned trucking company, leading a team of 50 employees, and building a solid foundation in business operations, logistics, and leadership. With over 15 years in the transportation and logistics sector, I’ve developed a keen understanding of the building industry and the nuances of managing large-scale projects. Now, I’m channeling that experience and passion into real estate. The dynamic Miami market, along with my desire to help people find their perfect homes or investment opportunities, excites me as I embark on this next chapter in my career. Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer, having spent many years playing on mini-tours and still enjoying the game whenever possible. I also love attending sporting events, traveling—especially to tropical destinations—and sharing great meals and experiences with my wife, Alexandra, and our daughter, Gisele. With a global perspective shaped by my travels and experiences, I’m committed to bringing a unique and comprehensive outlook to my real estate work in Miami.
